 The major production is situated in a large-panel pavilion-like building with the size 24 х 144 (according to the foundation, total area 3 456 m2 , 15 m high).
The controlling and analytical measuring laboratory and the research laboratory , a metal workshop, КИП и А and electric mechanical workshops, rest-rooms and administrative technical premises are located in a three-storeyed building with the size of 30 х 12 m. (according to the foundation)and total area of1 080 m. The production consists of major technological units, raw material reservoir park (4,2 thousand m3) for fluid oil products, storage premises for dry raw materials and a warehouse for the packed finished production. The composition of technological units provides the production of a wide range of lubricating materials - plastic lubricants (calcium hydrated, complex calcium, sodium, lithium, complex lithium, lubricants with mineral ingredients and others.); - water-soluble lubricating and cooling fluids (LCL) and oil lubricating and cooling technological products (LCTP); - alloyed industrial oils (of general purpose, for the hydraulics, rolling mills, machines, heavily-loaded friction units and others); - transmission oils; - power oils (turbine and compressor). The technological units are equipped with the minimal amount of major and assisting machines which provide the accomplishment of production tasks with the employment of technological brigades in one day shift. The method of production is periodical with the division of separate operations for standard commonly-accepted machines upgraded wit the help of our own «KNOW-HOW» and specially constructed original devices for a specific technological operation. The speed of conducting technological operations in these reconstructed and newly created devices is 4-10 times higher than in conventional open devices. The devices are installed on two technological levels (conventional allocation of devices for similar production implies 3 -4 levels). The system of technological procedures excludes air or vapor ventilation of technological lines what guarantees cleanness of the utilized raw materials and reagents as well as absence of liquid wastes. The local systems of detection and condensation of water vapor and oil particles taken away by the water vapor from technological devices minimize atmosphere pollution and provide units of reagents’ solution with condensation water.
